Mission Statement

The KJFC is dedicated to football and our community. The club has the following mission statement that motivates our activities:

i. To promote, advance, foster and cultivate the game of Australian Rules football.

ii. To assist in the educational advancement of the community by means of development of a sense of fair play and love of sport, in particular Australian Rules football.

iii. To encourage, advance and assist in the development of an improved standard of physical fitness in all members of the community both individually and collectively.

iv. To educate, train, coach and encourage members of the Club in the game of Australian Rules Football so that all members have the maximum opportunity to reveal their maximum potential.

v. To encourage members of the Club to assist in the development of the game of Australian Rules football throughout Australia but in particular within the Knox area.

The club also makes the following commitments:

vi. A fair go for all players on the team, which may mean a minimum of 3/4 of a game.

vii. We have a system for parents of players with grievances and questions. If you have any such grievances or questions then please do not hesitate to contact the president or the committee.
